Manages incoming content and design requests, maintains shared asset libraries, supports launches and events, coordinates with vendors, and follows production workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent deliverables.

Maintains brand consistency, manages internal content and design requests, organizes shared templates, supports vendors, and follows production workflows. The role requires at least one year of professional design experience and proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud tools, Figma, WordPress, and Google’s platform tools.

Manage the accelerator program end to end, from planning and onboarding through graduation. Support founders directly, resolve challenges, coordinate mentors and investors, plan curriculum and events, build startup and alumni communities, track program data, measure satisfaction, and report activity. The role also serves as the primary contact for participating startups and liaison across internal teams while fostering an empathetic, service-oriented culture.
