Owns regional HR operations across emerging markets, including onboarding, employment compliance, payroll coordination, immigration, benefits, employer-of-record management, performance processes, compensation cycles, employee relations, and entity setup. The role maintains audit-ready records, supports restructures and separations, manages vendors, administers statutory requirements, and provides HR support across multiple international jurisdictions.

Owns transactional and commercial legal matters for an emerging-markets investment business. Responsibilities include venture and private equity transactions, commercial agreements, government mandates, entity formation, fund and regulatory matters, employment documentation, template management, and external counsel oversight across multiple jurisdictions. Provides commercially focused legal advice, negotiates agreements, manages risk, and ensures timely execution across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and other markets.

Produces short-form copy and adapts branded design assets for reports, presentations, social media, campaigns, events, and research outputs. Manages incoming content and design requests, maintains shared asset libraries, supports launches and events, coordinates with vendors, and follows production workflows to ensure accurate, timely, and consistent deliverables.
