Serves as the firm’s senior legal officer, advising the Board, executives, and shareholders on governance, regulatory compliance, fund offerings, securities, entity structures, compensation, and major transactions. Acts as Board Secretary and Americas Compliance Officer, oversees outsourced compliance providers and outside counsel, preserves adviser exemptions, establishes legal templates and risk thresholds, and leads the development of the legal team.

Serves as the senior legal officer for a global venture capital firm, advising the Board, CEO, COO, and shareholders. Owns governance, US regulatory compliance, fund offerings, entity structuring, capitalization transactions, executive compensation, and outside counsel management. Acts as Americas Compliance Officer and Board Secretary, leads firm-level M&A and equity transactions, develops legal operating systems, manages risk thresholds, and builds the legal team.
