Teams at 4th & Reckless

Leads the creative direction and development of womenswear collections, from seasonal concepts and trend research through final line-ups and product development. Collaborates with buying, marketing, merchandising, and garment technology teams; manages suppliers; presents collections to leadership; responds to performance feedback; and mentors junior designers. The role requires strong fashion design, garment construction, technical development, commercial awareness, organization, and leadership skills.
