Leads manpower studies and force-management initiatives for U.S. Army INSCOM. Responsibilities include workload analysis, organizational research, data validation, force-structure documentation, TDA/MTOE authorization reviews, OPORD and FRAGO drafting, task coordination, contractor oversight, and executive reporting. The role requires extensive Army manpower-process expertise, current TS/SCI clearance, compliance with DoD and Army directives, and approximately eight CONUS/OCONUS trips annually.
