Build executive and project-level relationships, track account health and usage, identify expansion opportunities, lead implementations, and feed customer insights into product and sales strategy to protect and grow ARR.

Build and maintain resilient, highly available cloud infrastructure using Terraform and EKS. Lead GitOps with ArgoCD, manage Grafana-based observability, implement autoscaling (Karpenter), develop Python tooling and AI agents, and integrate automated image scanning and SCA into the SDLC to ensure security and reliability.

The role involves building HR programs, supporting HR processes, partnering with managers on talent development, and optimizing HR infrastructure in a fast-paced tech environment.
