Lead development of Data and AI features from data architecture to optimization and simulation. Design scalable data architectures, reliable pipelines, and DataOps/DevOps workflows. Partner with analysts, product managers and supply chain specialists to turn complex logistics data into actionable solutions.

Coordinate and execute inbound transportation for customer networks, manage transport orders and partner communication, resolve delays and inform stakeholders, use the company TMS, support continuous network optimization, and work closely with management and project teams.

Lead and grow the local data science team while partnering globally to design, prototype, deploy, and monitor scalable ML and generative AI solutions that drive product and customer outcomes. Own end-to-end projects, collaborate with product and engineering, communicate insights, and define best practices.
