Support DND through organizational change, executive communications, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include leading change initiatives, supporting adoption and transition, minimizing disruption, preparing strategic communications and executive briefings, reporting to senior leadership, and coordinating engagement across stakeholder groups, including potential Canadian Armed Forces personnel.

Provide technical and architectural expertise for large-scale OpenStack deployments. Responsibilities include deploying, configuring, implementing, and troubleshooting OpenStack solutions; resolving complex technical issues; advising stakeholders; and supporting technical decision-making throughout solution delivery.
