Part-time Administrative Assistant supports the Office Manager and Plant Management with plant administrative tasks: answering calls, preparing and mailing packages, sorting and distributing mail, managing general files, and assisting with bookkeeping/accounting as needed.

Provide on-site administrative and operational support including phone and visitor handling, daily reporting and data entry, record keeping, safety meeting participation, employee support on HR/pay questions, basic financial entry, and maintaining organized office and production areas.
