Supervise warehouse production personnel, communicate performance and safety expectations, complete production documentation, manage pallet and material movement, inspect product quality, perform equipment checks, maintain a safe and clean facility, and support forklift operations. The supervisor also manages customer relations, employee development, and site operations in the manager’s absence.

Manages administrative operations for a manufacturing facility, including customer service, vendor accounts, accounts payable and receivable, reporting, payroll support, shipping and receiving records, office supplies, PPE inventory, driver dispatch, and clerical duties. Ensures compliance with company policies and safety regulations while supporting hiring, visitors, employees, and local operational projects.

Operates grinding equipment to process unusable pallet wood into mulch. Sorts and inspects scrap materials, monitors equipment performance and material flow, performs basic inspections, cleaning, lubrication, and preventive maintenance, and maintains a safe, organized work area. Assists with loading, stacking, transporting, and storing materials using forklifts or other handling equipment. Requires frequent lifting, standing, bending, and working in heat, cold, noise, and airborne particulates while following OSHA and lockout/tagout procedures.
