Leads on-site production across two shifts, overseeing output, scheduling, labor, productivity, yield, scrap, downtime, inventory, warehouse, shipping, and ERP accuracy. Manages production leaders and a 20–30-person team, partners with Quality on food safety, resolves operational problems, and drives continuous improvement. Develops SOPs, improves workflows, and ensures production processes meet operational and quality standards in a growing food manufacturing facility.

Own the company’s accounting and financial operations, including close, reporting, controls, cash management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Partner with the CEO and leadership to provide actionable insights, identify risks, improve profitability, and support strategic decisions. Build scalable financial processes, dashboards, and infrastructure while managing external accountants, auditors, banks, and other financial partners.

Provides Tier 1 customer support through Zendesk tickets and phone interactions. Troubleshoots product issues, answers questions, documents resolutions, escalates complex problems, maintains knowledge-base content, identifies recurring bugs, learns new features, and meets response, resolution, and customer satisfaction targets. Requires empathy, clear communication, strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to support multiple open tickets.
