Serve as first point of contact for childcare providers post-sale: handle inbound support via phone/email, troubleshoot enrollment/billing/attendance issues, log tickets in Zendesk, escalate complex problems, drive feature adoption, monitor account health, maintain knowledge base, and surface product feedback and expansion opportunities to internal teams.

Floe is seeking a Mechatronics Engineering Manager to lead product development, manage systems, ensure manufacturing efficiency, and provide technical support, while mentoring junior engineers and enhancing engineering processes.

The Lead Engineer will oversee mechatronic system design, lead new product development, manage projects, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with manufacturing partners and providing customer technical support.
