Owns the full HR lifecycle for 42dot Silicon Valley, building California-compliant policies and programs, managing headcount planning, compensation, performance, employee relations, compliance, HR operations, and benefits vendors. Partners with Finance, Recruiting, technical leaders, and Korea headquarters to align global standards with U.S. practices. Leads HR data and Workday operations, develops the HR team, and supports organizational growth.

Manage full-cycle recruiting for corporate and business roles, including sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, candidate communication, hiring-manager partnership, recruiting operations, employer branding, onboarding coordination, and inclusive hiring. Maintain applicant tracking system data, monitor recruiting metrics, build talent pipelines, and provide market feedback. The role requires 2–5 years of recruiting experience and may support technical hiring.

Create user-centered product experiences for software-defined vehicles, including interaction designs, UI elements, 2D and 3D assets, models, information architecture, user flows, and prototypes. Analyze user behavior, improve design systems and workflows, collaborate with developers and quality engineers, and ensure high-quality design outputs across digital, mobile, web, and potentially AR/VR platforms.
