Develops and manages customer relationships within a defined territory, presents HVAC and generator products and services, prospects new and dormant accounts, builds sales pipelines, coordinates equipment logistics, monitors market and competitor activity, and achieves revenue, profitability, and customer objectives. The role requires collaboration with branch management and sales coordinators, preparation of sales strategies, and adherence to company, client, safety, and confidentiality procedures.

Develops and maintains customer relationships through field-based outside sales. Identifies customer needs, provides equipment quotes and technical assistance, coordinates rental equipment deliveries and pickups, generates new business, supports existing accounts, and promotes additional sales. Maintains customer records, sales call sheets, reports, and company procedures while achieving revenue, profit, and customer satisfaction goals. Participates in sales meetings and provides competitive and market information.

Coordinates rental equipment inventory, deliveries, pickups, contracts, and service dispatches. Supports sales representatives and branch management, manages RentalMan on/off rents, monitors accounts receivable reports, and maintains communication between customers and branch departments. Ensures accurate, timely rental operations and customer satisfaction while developing knowledge of company products, pricing, inventory, and delivery capabilities for future sales or management opportunities.
