Develops and manages customer relationships within a defined territory, presents HVAC and generator products and services, prospects new and dormant accounts, builds sales pipelines, coordinates equipment logistics, monitors market and competitor activity, and achieves revenue, profitability, and customer objectives. The role requires collaboration with branch management and sales coordinators, preparation of sales strategies, and adherence to company, client, safety, and confidentiality procedures.

Coordinates rental equipment inventory, deliveries, pickups, service calls, rental contracts, and customer communications. Supports sales representatives and branch management, dispatches equipment and parts, manages RentalMan rental transactions, processes purchase orders, monitors accounts receivable, prepares reports, and maintains accurate documentation. The role also handles branch calls, supports safety meetings, maintains customer relationships, and may oversee day-to-day branch operations when the Branch Manager is absent.
