Manage distributor orders and customer purchase orders, create software subscriptions, monitor customer accounts, coordinate sales-client correspondence, and provide reports and data to support the global sales team. The role requires frequent communication with dealers worldwide and a shift-based schedule between 7:00 and 18:00.

Serve as the primary technical contact for enterprise dental laboratories, managing technical relationships, infrastructure upgrades, integrations, troubleshooting, onboarding, and proactive issue resolution. Coordinate with customer IT teams and internal Product, Sales, Support, and R&D groups. Support adoption, renewals, expansions, QBRs, documentation, diagnostic tools, and customer feedback while traveling 30–50% for onsite engagements and industry events.

Manage strategic dental and medical device accounts across Canada, particularly DSOs, GPOs, enterprise labs, reseller partners, and dealer networks. Develop account, sales, pipeline, pricing, and growth strategies; conduct business reviews; identify opportunities; negotiate and close deals; and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with customer success, product, territory, and regional teams on expansion, implementation, training, and adoption plans. Provide executive-level presentations, market feedback, and quarterly and annual business plans.
