Teams at 3Shape

Drives commercial strategy and transformation for 3Shape’s Laboratory business, focusing on reseller growth, AI solution adoption, data-driven opportunities, sales enablement, and scalable commercial programs. Partners across Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, Operations, and regional teams to develop playbooks, incentives, business models, and joint plans. Leads cross-functional initiatives from strategy through implementation, translating insights into measurable growth, conversion, productivity, retention, and partner performance improvements.

Build and deliver advanced digital dentistry education for dental laboratories, resellers, key accounts, trainers, and regional stakeholders. Develop training content, run train-the-trainer programs, lecture at European events, engage dental experts, and advise customers on adopting 3Shape workflows. The role requires extensive hands-on digital dental laboratory experience, strong presentation and stakeholder skills, and regular travel across the UK and Europe.

Build and launch regional dental laboratory education programs across Europe. Deliver advanced training to lab customers, resellers, key accounts, trainers, and internal teams; lecture at congresses; engage KOLs; advise stakeholders on digital dental workflows; coordinate regional content needs; and contribute to global training materials. The role requires extensive digital dentistry experience, customer-facing communication, stakeholder collaboration, and regular travel.
