Provide Tier 1 technical support for 3Shape hardware (3D scanners) and software via phone, email, and online sessions; log and manage cases in CRM; escalate issues and collaborate with internal teams; participate in occasional on-site events and business trips.

Lead product strategy and a team of seven Product Managers for the Lab & Studios portfolio. Define long-term vision, establish product practices, align cross-functional teams, drive portfolio prioritization, and partner with commercial functions to ensure customer adoption and business impact across dental lab and clinic workflows.

Lead design and delivery of customer education journeys and training programs globally. Prioritize and coordinate training events, scale lab education through HCP engagement, deliver hands-on training, align internal upskilling, manage multiple workstreams, communicate strategy and report impact to stakeholders.
