Coordinates Dutch marketing and sales activities, including localized marketing materials, social media and email content, events, webinars, demo equipment logistics, and post-event follow-up. Also supports office management through supply coordination, meeting organization, supplier liaison, administrative assistance, and daily office operations. The role requires strong organization, proactive execution, Dutch and English fluency, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and related marketing tools.

Leads a globally distributed Tier 3 Support team, establishing prioritization, resource allocation, escalation, knowledge-sharing, and continuous-improvement processes. Partners with regional Support, Product, R&D, PPS, and IT teams to resolve complex technical customer issues, improve service efficiency, and turn recurring problems into actionable product and support improvements. The role also identifies opportunities to apply AI, automation, and other technologies to troubleshooting and case handling.

Lead the technical direction and evolution of Lighthouse Design System across web, mobile, and on-premises software. Build and maintain scalable component libraries, establish front-end engineering standards, drive organizational adoption, mentor engineers, and partner with designers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver accessible, high-quality experiences.
