Manage strategic dental and medical device accounts across Canada, particularly DSOs, GPOs, enterprise labs, reseller partners, and dealer networks. Develop account, sales, pipeline, pricing, and growth strategies; conduct business reviews; identify opportunities; negotiate and close deals; and achieve revenue targets. Collaborate with customer success, product, territory, and regional teams on expansion, implementation, training, and adoption plans. Provide executive-level presentations, market feedback, and quarterly and annual business plans.

Define and optimize customer journey and lifecycle marketing strategies for Lab customers. Build personalized, automated omnichannel programs spanning onboarding, adoption, retention, lead nurturing, and conversion. Develop audiences, triggers, personalization logic, lead scoring, and nurture programs; analyze customer behavior and campaign performance; conduct A/B testing; and specify data, reporting, and automation requirements. Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Analytics, IT, and local markets to deliver scalable customer experiences and measurable commercial growth.

Own and improve Azure-based DevOps/SRE platform capabilities supporting customer-facing products. Responsibilities include Infrastructure as Code with Pulumi and C#/.NET, CI/CD, Kubernetes and AKS, observability, automation, incident readiness, deployment safety, and platform reliability. The role also contributes to C#/.NET backend services, including APIs, event-driven systems, testing, code reviews, security, and maintainability, while collaborating with platform and product teams on production stability and cloud standards.
