Lead the TRIOS software team in Skopje with primary responsibility for people leadership, talent development, performance management, team effectiveness, and organizational growth. Support resource planning, delivery commitments, stakeholder alignment, technical discussions, and engineering improvements while collaborating with Product Management, Architecture, Quality Assurance, and Engineering leadership.

Provide technical support for 3Shape 3D scanners and software through online sessions, phone, email, and occasional on-site events. Manage customer support cases in the CRM, gather relevant information, document issues, collaborate with internal departments, and escalate feedback. The role requires strong French and Ukrainian communication skills, intermediate English, problem-solving ability, empathy, multitasking, stress resilience, and willingness to learn.

Develops and closes B2B sales opportunities for 3Shape Audio solutions through prospecting, discovery, virtual demos, proposals, and follow-up. Manages CRM pipeline accuracy, supports reseller partners, monitors conversion and market activity, and coordinates handoffs to onboarding and customer success. Builds customer and partner relationships, provides product guidance, shares market feedback, and contributes to sales initiatives, trainings, events, and process improvements. Occasional travel may be required.
