Lead financial strategy, capital allocation, and operations for a $1.5B+ multi-site food & beverage manufacturer. Partner with CEO on M&A, financing, and growth initiatives; oversee financial reporting, FP&A, accounting, tax, treasury, commodity risk management, and a 20+ person finance organization. Drive forecasting, costing models, bank relationships, debt structuring, and present results to the board while conducting site visits to improve operational efficiency.

Partner with executive leadership to lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, variance analysis, and performance reporting for a multi-site food manufacturer. Build models and dashboards, analyze costs and profitability, support capital and strategic initiatives, and collaborate with operations, sales, and accounting to improve financial and operational performance.
