Act as first point of contact for regional people queries and contribute to global P&C projects.

Design and build responsive, accessible marketing and product-adjacent web experiences for a B2C portfolio. Create wireframes and prototypes in Figma, publish and maintain pages in Contentful, write HTML/CSS, contribute to a component library and design system, run A/B tests and analytics-driven iterations, and apply WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Act as the primary contact for schools using Brightpath, running onboarding and training, supporting implementation, monitoring usage, providing tailored coaching, gathering teacher feedback for product teams, and maintaining relationships to drive successful adoption and renewals.
