Owns strategic client relationships across multi-project portfolios, leading quarterly business reviews, executive reporting, escalations, program governance, resource and capacity planning, financial oversight, risk management, and cross-functional delivery alignment. Coaches project managers and coordinators, manages scope and change orders, maintains program controls and KPIs, and ensures effective communication and delivery confidence throughout the program lifecycle.

Owns the full lifecycle of enterprise infrastructure across VMware, Cisco UCS, Dell EMC, and Cohesity environments. Assesses risks, leads upgrades and migrations, manages incidents, backups, patching, disaster recovery testing, capacity planning, documentation, and vendor relationships. Serves as the technical infrastructure authority, guides cross-functional teams, supports SOC compliance, and participates in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Develops, configures, validates, and troubleshoots hardware-in-the-loop test automation systems for satellite hardware. The role creates automated regression suites, integrates software with hardware instrumentation, resolves timing and synchronization issues, maintains traceability and auditability, and collaborates with electrical and mechanical engineers. Requires strong Linux, scripting, containerization, networking, testing, and software integration skills, with onsite lab work in Redmond, Washington and occasional travel.
