Teams at 3M

Represents end users technically, supports product adoption and launches, and influences application development. Partners with engineering and business teams to validate customer needs, standards compliance, product performance, testing, and technical collateral. Leads customer discussions to identify electrical requirements and communicates product applications through documentation, presentations, and field training. The role is onsite in Austin at least four days weekly and may require up to 25% travel.

Leads global product strategy for 3M-Matic equipment and custom packaging solutions. Responsibilities include portfolio strategy, pricing, commercialization, product launches, supplier and service-level management, master data ownership, channel engagement, supply-demand coordination, cost reduction, localization, and global market growth. The role partners with cross-functional and international teams to increase revenue, market share, product adoption, and margins.

Leads strategic alliances and business development by executing growth plans, developing executive-level partner relationships, closing complex deals, building pipeline and revenue, identifying new market opportunities, shaping investments, and aligning Sales, Marketing, R&D, Finance, Legal, and other teams around commercial growth initiatives.
