Drive sales and product specification adoption with US and Canada rail OEMs and operators. Build executive and cross-functional relationships, map accounts, forecast monthly sales, track opportunities, run engagement events, gather customer insights for product roadmaps, and coordinate with application engineers, quality, and local commercial teams to ensure coverage and solve complex rail customer problems.

Leads technical and operational execution of new product introduction and sustaining programs from development through high-volume production. Coordinates engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, and contract manufacturers; drives production readiness, root cause analysis, corrective actions, process qualification, yield improvement, and manufacturability. Serves as the technical escalation point for ferrule production issues, evaluates process technologies, communicates risks to leadership, mentors engineers, and supports global manufacturing sites.

Leads manufacturing engineering and business teams, strategic and operational planning, capital expenditure initiatives, productivity and yield improvement, and extended value-stream coordination. Supervises and develops engineers while supporting EHS, quality, service, cost, continuous improvement, and plant operations. Requires strong leadership, analytical, communication, coaching, change-management, and strategic-planning skills.
