Supports strategy consulting engagements through research, data collection, structured analysis, and insight development. Presents findings to consultants and client stakeholders, contributes to workshops and interviews, and supports thought leadership, internal problem-solving, product feedback, and AI-driven experimentation. The role offers early client exposure, senior stakeholder interaction, occasional international travel, and structured training in strategy, communication, Excel modeling, and analytical techniques.

Manage end-to-end strategy consulting projects, lead teams of up to three employees, conduct structured analyses and primary research, manage client relationships, facilitate workshops, present recommendations, and support junior colleague development. The role also contributes to consulting methods, technologies, and company growth while working in complex international environments.

Support sales enablement and business development operations across direct, partner, and strategic channels. Maintain HubSpot CRM data, assist with pipeline tracking and reporting, coordinate business development events, and support upsell and cross-sell initiatives. The role also involves preparing commercial materials, managing follow-up activities, and collaborating with sales and partner teams in an international environment.
