Own the architecture, development, operation, and reliability of a high-performance Java ETL engine processing near-real-time data from millions of renewable energy devices. Integrate object storage and streaming infrastructure, balance batch and real-time processing, lead testing and incident response, document architecture and runbooks, and guide technical decisions across a small engineering team.

Develop and maintain large React/TypeScript web applications and reusable Material UI components. Build performant, accessible, data-heavy interfaces (dashboards, tables, charts), optimize front-end performance, refactor existing codebases, implement authentication and role-based flows, participate in code reviews, and collaborate with product, backend, and QA teams.

Lead technical BESS advisory across Sub-Saharan Africa: feasibility, strategy, development, operations, grid integration, and standardisation. Support project design, procurement, commissioning, client recommendations, tools and templates, and mentor colleagues.
