Supervise production, shipping, and QA personnel on a single shift to meet safety, productivity, quality, and customer-specification goals. Monitor raw materials, enforce GMPs and company policies, address personnel issues, coordinate across departments and shifts, and support employee training and development. The role requires manufacturing experience, employee-management experience, and effective communication in a cross-functional production environment.

Oversee food safety and quality assurance activities in palatant production, including ingredient inspections, process evaluations, product testing, sanitation controls, documentation review, microbial sampling, equipment verification, ERP updates, and FSQA training. The role maintains local quality systems, communicates testing results, supports compliance, and provides after-hours QA backup. Work involves hot and cold environments, extensive standing and climbing, occasional lifting up to 55 pounds, and on-call availability.

Supervises and directs plate freezer operations, overseeing 6–7 employees. Assigns work, trains staff, monitors freezing and palletizing, enforces safety and GMP standards, evaluates product quality, troubleshoots equipment and operational issues, completes production paperwork, and ensures daily production goals are met. Requires physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work an overnight schedule.
