Provide hands-on production support for legacy Oracle EBS 10/11 during an ERP migration: resolve GL/reporting/transaction issues, support month- and year-end close, investigate posting and balance discrepancies, write SQL and extract data, troubleshoot and root-cause production issues, and work directly with ~30 finance users and stakeholders with minimal ramp-up.
