Provide global internal IT support and own access, identity, device, and equipment lifecycles. Administer identity platforms and internal apps, manage MDM and Munki, build automations, handle onboarding/offboarding, support users via ticketing, maintain office equipment and vendor relationships, and document processes and basic security tasks.

Own the end-to-end product experience for QuantPilot, covering UX, UI, research, and design strategy. Simplify complex trading and AI workflows, design data and trust visuals, lead onboarding and activation, and manage other product designers while collaborating with product and engineering.

Own and execute the go-to-market launch for QuantPilot.com. Build and activate community (especially Crypto Twitter), craft messaging from technical product details, run growth tactics, content, social campaigns, KOL outreach, and drive early user acquisition pre- and post-launch.

Own crypto finance reporting and reconciliations across exchanges, wallets, custody providers and internal systems. Improve and automate finance processes and data flows. Lead monthly close and IFRS consolidation across entities, coordinate with local accountants and external providers, and produce reports, audits, and ad-hoc analyses to support management and compliance.

Own trading-facing product surfaces and the signup-to-first-trade activation funnel for QuantPilot. Define AI-driven discovery/configuration/monitoring flows, simplify UX, manage user migration from legacy, and drive activation and growth metrics in partnership with design and other PMs.

Lead and execute end-to-end organic acquisition across SEO, LLM optimisation, and CRO. Develop data-driven SEO roadmaps, conduct keyword research and audits, manage technical, on-page, and link-building across multiple domains and regions, improve LLM visibility, collaborate with Product/Content/Data/Engineering, monitor performance, and mentor SEO contributors to drive traffic, visibility, and conversions.
