Manage and mentor Azure-focused consulting teams, act as a billable Azure Architect (targeted 75% utilization), drive client engagements, oversee delivery and utilization, conduct 1:1s and training plans, contribute to pre-sales, estimate work, resolve personnel issues, and help define client experience and engagement processes.

Manage HR operations for the Philippines-based Global Delivery Center, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and offboarding. Partner with global and local leadership on HR strategy, organizational design, change management, and talent development. Maintain labor-law compliance, employee records, policies, HR metrics, and regulatory requirements while mentoring HR team members and supporting office management.

Supports B2B marketing initiatives across content, events, presentations, digital channels, and marketing operations. Coordinates tradeshows, webinars, vendors, budgets, marketing materials, calendars, and internal stakeholders. Maintains website content, creates presentations and social posts, organizes marketing assets, tracks campaign performance, and summarizes insights. The role requires strong organization, communication, creativity, and hands-on execution skills, with experience using CRM, CMS, design, social media, and Microsoft Office tools.
