Manage HR operations for the Philippines-based Global Delivery Center, including employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, onboarding, HRIS and benefits administration, performance management, workforce planning, compensation, engagement, and offboarding. Partner with global and local leadership on HR strategy, organizational design, change management, and talent development. Maintain labor-law compliance, employee records, policies, HR metrics, and regulatory requirements while mentoring HR team members and supporting office management.

The role requires strong organization, communication, creativity, and hands-on execution skills, with experience using CRM, CMS, design, social media, and Microsoft Office tools.

Leads financial services product marketing for banking and insurance solutions. Develops Azure go-to-market strategy, positioning, messaging, solution launches, marketplace listings, sales enablement, demand campaigns, thought leadership, and client success stories. Partners with delivery, alliances, sales, engineering, analytics, design, and marketing teams to identify market opportunities, accelerate sales, improve win rates, and strengthen 3Cloud’s Microsoft Azure positioning.
