Lead marketplace advertising strategy and performance across Amazon, Flipkart, Blinkit, and other commerce platforms. Manage 4–6 client accounts, optimize campaigns, bids, budgets, listings, and ROI, and use analytics to identify growth opportunities. Build performance reports, lead client reviews, support pitches and onboarding, mentor team members, and implement experimentation and AI-driven automation. This hybrid Pune role requires strong marketplace expertise, analytical ability, client communication, and ownership in a fast-paced agency environment.

Creates social media, digital advertising, brand, motion, and short-form video creatives. Adapts designs across platforms, develops campaign variations for testing, maintains visual consistency, and incorporates AI tools into creative workflows. Collaborates with design, marketing, and strategy teams, manages feedback and deadlines, and organizes final assets. The role is fully remote and supports ongoing learning in digital design, performance marketing, AI-generated imagery, and motion graphics.

HR Intern supporting recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, hiring reports, employee records, onboarding and offboarding. The role also assists with training sessions, employee engagement activities, and maintaining confidential HR data. This is a six-month, full-time remote internship with hands-on exposure to recruitment and core HR operations.
