Builds relationships with clients, consumers, referral sources, and industry contacts; addresses staffing and performance concerns; supports retention, compliance, HIPAA confidentiality, business development, and revenue cycle oversight. The role includes rotating paid on-call coverage, client service management, employee coaching, and branch office operations.

Coordinates human resources and recruiting processes, including candidate screening, interviews, background checks, onboarding, I-9 verification, personnel-file maintenance, HRIS updates, payroll and benefits audits, terminations, orientations, and compliance documentation. Provides employee and candidate customer service while supporting staffing needs and maintaining accurate records in accordance with applicable laws and company policies.

Recruits, screens, hires, and places Direct Support Professionals based on individual needs. Manages DSP schedules, assignments, performance, retention, and onboarding while maintaining relationships with clients, families, Supports Coordinators, referral sources, and industry contacts. The role also addresses service concerns, identifies staffing and business opportunities, supports revenue cycle management, and ensures compliance with hiring standards, confidentiality, HIPAA, and applicable regulations.
