Build and lead 33 USA’s community management service for official Discord servers and Reddit communities supporting anime, manga, and game IPs. The role designs community structures, rules, moderation frameworks, KPIs, and engagement programs; manages moderators and contractors; oversees incidents and governance; develops service processes and client proposals; and bridges Japanese IP holders with North American fandoms. Responsibilities also include client management, platform relationships, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration with marketing and creative teams.

Operate official Discord and Reddit communities for anime, manga, and game IPs. Responsibilities include server and subreddit setup, moderation, member communication, engagement events, announcements, incident escalation, community metrics, client reporting, and coordination of contractors and moderators. The role also collaborates with social media, creative, licensing, and international teams to support safe, active, on-brand fan communities.

Supports entertainment-focused marketing campaigns across Los Angeles and Tokyo through Japanese-English interpretation, translation, localization, and cross-cultural communication. Assists with PR, social media, advertising, events, client communications, document preparation, quality checks, and meeting summaries. The role requires business-level bilingual proficiency, strong cultural awareness, accuracy, deadline reliability, and interest in anime and fan culture. Evening and weekend work may be required.
