Partner with Product, Marketing, and Finance to perform product analytics, experimentation, and causal inference on large behavioral datasets. Own A/B tests end-to-end, build KPIs and self-serve dashboards, contribute to dbt models and data validation, apply standard ML when useful, and educate stakeholders to translate ambiguous questions into actionable recommendations.

Lead the Salesforce CRM engineering team owning architecture, Data Cloud and Agentforce deployments, data strategy, SDLC and code quality. Translate business priorities into scalable CRM solutions, manage sprints and integrations, mentor engineers, recruit talent, and represent CRM at the executive level.

Recruit and convert prospective students for short courses to meet individual monthly enrollment targets. Build rapport across channels, guide prospects through enrollment using company tools, nurture follow-ups, represent university partners, and work shifts (including possible Saturdays) to contact international students.
