Serve as the business-facing CRM lead linking Sales, Marketing, and the CRM System Owner. Design, implement, and optimize CRM-driven sales and marketing processes, ensure data quality and adoption, translate business needs into requirements, create reports/dashboards, support rollout and training, and contribute to the CRM roadmap to improve pipeline management and automation.

Lead and grow the Italian subsidiary by defining and executing commercial strategy, driving sales in security and electrical channels, developing the residential market, managing the local team, building distributor and integrator relationships, aligning with global HQ, monitoring market trends, identifying opportunities, and overseeing subsidiary operations and performance.

Develop and maintain firmware for Reader access-control products. Implement new features, maintain existing functionality, apply secure development practices (threat modeling, secure coding), participate in code reviews, design software using principles and patterns, and collaborate within a small embedded team.
