Designs, configures, and maintains Workday Compensation and Advanced Compensation solutions for global programs across the USA and India. Manages compensation plans, eligibility rules, grades, statements, scorecards, reports, calculated fields, and business processes. Collaborates with HCM, Absence, and Payroll teams to prevent downstream impacts, conducts audits and regression testing, implements system enhancements, and supports change management and end-user training.

Lead SAP SD implementations, rollouts, and post-launch support. Configure and manage the Vertex tax engine, pricing procedures, output management, rebates, GST compliance, revenue recognition, and STO processes. Develop User Exits, supervise IDOC transactions, and integrate SD with MM, WM, FI, and external CRM systems. Ensure accurate tax calculations, synchronized data, regulatory compliance, and effective order-to-cash operations.
