Lead Texas acquisitions for multifamily investments: source and cultivate broker/owner relationships, underwrite deals, negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and closings, coordinate financing and asset management, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investors.

Assist the Community Manager with tenant relations, leasing, application processing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance with housing anti-discrimination laws. Provide customer service, prepare advertising materials, and help resolve tenant issues.

Manage day-to-day apartment community operations including leasing, resident relations, renewals, rent collection, maintenance coordination, financial and activity reporting, marketing, and supervising on-site staff to ensure compliance with company policies and housing laws.
