Lead Texas acquisitions for multifamily investments: source and cultivate broker/owner relationships, underwrite deals, negotiate transaction documents, manage due diligence and closings, coordinate financing and asset management, and present investment recommendations to senior leadership and investors.

Manage day-to-day apartment community operations including leasing, renewals, rent collection, resident relations, maintenance coordination, staff supervision, marketing and financial/reporting duties. Ensure compliance with Fair Housing and company policies, achieve occupancy and renewal targets, and maintain timely work order and administrative processes.

Support the Community Manager in tenant relations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, vendor management, budget and financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with housing nondiscrimination laws.
