The role is a full-time remote position with fixed Philippine working hours, time tracking, camera-on calls, and long-term availability expectations.

Manage digital marketing, social media, website content, CRM records, and GoHighLevel workflows. Create and repurpose content across social platforms, produce graphics and videos, write blogs, manage email campaigns, track performance, update websites, support appointment setting, and prepare reports. The role also includes database maintenance, administrative support, client communication, and webinar assistance while working a fixed full-time remote schedule.

Supports high-income professional clients through onboarding and financial advice implementation. Responsibilities include document collection, workflow coordination, account setup, rollovers, contributions, insurance administration, SMSF implementation support, audit-ready recordkeeping, provider follow-ups, and proactive client communication. The role requires managing multiple cases independently and collaboratively in a structured, full-time remote environment.
