The PPC Specialist develops and executes PPC campaigns on various platforms, analyzes performance, conducts keyword research, manages bids, and collaborates with teams to optimize for ROI while staying current with industry trends.

Process, validate, and update customer service and dispatch data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Identify and correct errors, produce daily/weekly reports, support team leads, and help improve data workflows while maintaining confidentiality and company standards.

Monitor and evaluate customer calls, chats, and interactions for quality, accuracy, and compliance. Provide feedback, maintain QA reports and scorecards, recommend training improvements, participate in calibration sessions, and update QA rubrics and documentation. Collaborate with team leads to ensure adherence to scripts, policies, and towing/roadside procedures.
