Leads grant and contract opportunity development, proposal writing, funding strategy, compliance, contract execution, renewals, reporting, and funder relationships. Partners with program and fiscal teams to develop budgets, scopes of work, implementation plans, and compliance processes. Tracks prospective and awarded revenue pipelines, provides weekly updates, represents the organization at community and fundraising events, and oversees development staff, volunteers, and interns.
