Own city-level end-to-end operations in Bangalore: coordinate clinic inventory and supplies, manage patient service fulfillment, handle payments and reconciliation, act as the operational contact for clinics, build processes and playbooks, and resolve breakdowns across clinic, supplier, field team, and patient interactions.

Manage end-to-end revenue cycle tasks: follow up on claims with payers, resolve denials, submit appeals, process prior authorizations, verify eligibility, maintain documentation and call logs, and coordinate between providers, patients, and insurers to ensure timely, accurate reimbursements.
