Research and write technically credible content about AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, automation, healthcare technology, and enterprise software. Create blogs, explainers, thought leadership, website and product content, case studies, whitepapers, reports, and social content. Collaborate with engineers, product teams, subject matter experts, marketing, and leadership to translate complex technology into clear content for technical and executive audiences.

Support hospital operations through program management, business analysis, performance tracking, dashboards, MIS reporting, and cross-functional coordination. Analyze revenue, patient volumes, occupancy, collections, referrals, and other KPIs; identify operational gaps; drive process improvements; define project milestones; track action items; develop SOPs and process maps; and provide data-backed insights to hospital leadership.

Manage relationships with TPAs, insurers, corporate clients, and institutional partners for hospital operations. Oversee cashless approvals, pre-authorizations, claims, billing documentation, collections, and receivables from admission through discharge. Coordinate with clinical, finance, billing, and front-office teams; resolve claim discrepancies and escalations; monitor tariffs and contracts; support negotiations and renewals; prepare MIS reports; and develop new corporate and insurance partnerships.
