Supports tour operations through reservation data entry, customer and stakeholder communication, travel arrangement confirmations, and administrative assistance for the sales team. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, computer proficiency, and excellent customer service. This is an in-office position with occasional travel and flexibility for work outside standard hours.

Generates and qualifies leads for Catholic group pilgrimages through outreach, networking, events, and digital campaigns. Builds relationships with parishes, dioceses, schools, ministries, and group leaders; develops customized pilgrimage proposals and pricing; supports deal closing; maintains CRM pipeline data; researches markets and competitors; and tracks sales performance.

The role requires strong organization, accuracy, computer skills, and customer service abilities. This is an in-office position requiring occasional work outside standard hours, flexibility, and potential occasional travel.
