Design, prototype, and deliver electromechanical subsystems (frames, limbs, joints, transmissions). Perform structural FEA, optimize stiffness-to-weight and fatigue life, select/integrate motors, sensors and PCBAs, ensure DFx (manufacturability, assembly, cost, serviceability), build and iterate prototypes, and support volume production.

Lead and develop the Maintenance and Repair Operations for robotic systems, focusing on diagnosing and maintaining complex electromechanical systems in a high-growth environment.

Build and iterate physical prototypes spanning mechanics, electronics, and software to test and benchmark humanoid-robot concepts. Rapidly design experiments, fabricate components, spin simple PCBs, bring up boards, and produce data to validate or falsify ideas, then work with engineering and manufacturing to translate successful concepts toward product integration.
