Supports portfolio managers by executing trades, handling settlement issues, conducting investment research, compiling sector and performance data, and assisting the investment committee. Requires compliance training, knowledge of trading systems and data sources, proficiency in Excel/Word, and strong communication and multitasking skills.

Supervise records retention and forms management: maintain records database and storage policies, ensure compliant storage/access/destruction, manage purchasing and vendor negotiations for forms, maintain inventory, generate reports, supervise staff and timesheets, ensure vehicle maintenance and regulatory compliance.

The Marketing Data Analyst collaborates with marketing and IT teams to leverage data insights for client acquisition and retention. Responsibilities include analyzing data using SQL and statistical tools, creating reports, and ensuring data compliance.
