Performs corporate and investment accounting, including ledger entries, reconciliations, financial and regulatory reporting, subsidiary accounting, budgeting, forecasting, audit support, expense reserve analysis, and compliance with accounting standards, investment policies, and federal and bank regulations. Maintains accounting systems, researches reporting requirements, prepares management and board reports, and recommends process improvements.

Design, implement, and maintain security toolsets; lead incident response and detection engineering; manage SIEM and log integrations; assess cloud and M365 security; identify and remediate security gaps; provide technical guidance, training, and documentation; track audit remediation and ensure compliance.

Perform advanced credit analysis of domestic and international commercial loan transactions. Evaluate foreign and domestic financial statements, model repayment capacity, assess sovereign and FX risk, value collateral, prepare written credit recommendations, conduct periodic portfolio reviews, and communicate findings to stakeholders while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
