Processes vendor invoices and electronic payments, reconciles vendor statements, researches discrepancies, maintains accurate financial records, and supports Property Managers with invoice and payment inquiries. The role also helps maintain organized accounts payable operations, resolve payment issues, and provide responsive internal customer service.

Assists with apartment community operations by conducting tours, coordinating move-ins and make-ready activities, responding to resident inquiries, supporting leasing, maintaining records, assisting with marketing and events, and ensuring compliance with company policies and Fair Housing regulations.

Assists with apartment leasing and community management by conducting tours, responding to prospects and residents, coordinating applications and move-ins, managing make-ready schedules with maintenance teams and vendors, supporting marketing and resident events, maintaining records, and ensuring Fair Housing compliance.
