The role develops demand-generation programs, strengthens agency positioning, activates partner relationships, oversees measurement, and collaborates with executives, clients, subject-matter experts, and business development to support qualified pipeline growth.

Lead UX and digital design for eCommerce clients, creating concepts, high-fidelity website designs, prototypes, marketing assets, presentations, and development documentation. Ensure brand consistency, responsive web standards, and alignment with client goals, budgets, timelines, and technical constraints. Collaborate with strategists, designers, developers, analysts, and clients while managing multiple agile project streams.

Own and execute the agency’s B2B marketing engine across content, social, email, campaigns, events, webinars, client storytelling, case studies, co-marketing, website initiatives, and measurement. Develop marketing plans, lead generation programs, partner activations, and thought leadership while coordinating internal teams and external resources. Maintain marketing processes, calendars, assets, reporting, and performance optimization to build brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support new business growth.
