Partner with sales to evaluate customer environments, architect infrastructure and security solutions, lead technical discovery and presentations, produce proposals, drive adoption and upsell, and maintain technical documentation and CRM records while ensuring information security and occasional travel.

Provides supervised Tier 1 service desk support, including troubleshooting, password resets, account and license updates, MACD tasks, smart-hands client-site assistance, onboarding documentation, and ticket management. The intern follows documented procedures, escalates issues beyond scope, records resolutions, and develops foundational managed-service-provider skills while supporting Service Delivery and Specialty Services teams.

Provides supervised Tier 1 IT support across service desk and managed services teams. Responsibilities include resolving basic tickets, password resets, account and license updates, MACD tasks, client-site smart hands support, onboarding documentation, and thorough ticket records. The intern follows established procedures, prioritizes SLA-sensitive work, escalates issues beyond scope, and develops foundational MSP, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
