Lead architecture and implementation of platform-level services (feature flags, schema/type tooling, experimentation, developer DX). Drive cross-team initiatives, mentor engineers, and improve developer workflows while remaining hands-on for complex technical work.

Own and grow a portfolio of Commercial and Mid-Market customers, driving adoption, value realization, retention, and expansion. Act as a trusted security advisor on Identity and Access Management, deliver renewals and forecasts, execute success plans, engage executives, identify upsell opportunities, and operate with rigorous forecasting, health scoring, and CRM hygiene.
