Owner of technical post-sale relationships for strategic, complex accounts: lead onboarding and integrations, drive adoption/expansion/renewal, advise on identity, access, and device trust, mentor peers, shape processes and enablement, and represent customer needs across Product, Support, and GTM functions.

Embed with the CRO to deliver GTM analytics and insights: write SQL and dbt models, build Looker and Salesforce dashboards, define and track revenue KPIs, forecast and model revenue, partner with GTM leaders and Data Engineering, lead analytics projects, and translate complex data into executive-ready recommendations to drive upsell and new-business growth.

Serve as the primary technical resource for partner and channel teams, driving technical win rates, co-selling with partners, delivering enablement and demos, scoping solutions, responding to RFIs/RFPs, and feeding product and GTM feedback to drive partner adoption and deal velocity.
