This internship focuses on providing customer support, resolving inquiries, diagnosing issues, and enhancing user satisfaction through guidance and training.

Provide timely customer support via chat, email, and phone; troubleshoot and escalate issues; onboard and train customers; maintain knowledge base; analyze customer data and improve processes to drive adoption and satisfaction.

Analyze and map business processes, gather and analyze data, build models and simulations, recommend and implement process improvements, integrate technology solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and document optimisation efforts to drive efficiency and cost reduction.
