Analyze and map business processes, gather and analyze data, build models and simulations, recommend and implement process improvements, integrate technology solutions, collaborate cross-functionally, and document optimisation efforts to drive efficiency and cost reduction.

Provide L1 and L2 service desk support for Nebula products, triage and reduce escalations, maintain knowledge base and monitoring, assist backlog prioritization, report on operations, and handle incoming calls and rotational standby duties.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SaaS applications, respond to customer inquiries, monitor application performance, test and document results, produce technical and requirements documentation, deliver user training, maintain QA processes, and collaborate with engineers. May work rotational 24-hour standby shifts and manage incoming Head Office calls.
