Own AI and automation product initiatives for internal workflows and connectivity platforms. Lead discovery, define roadmaps and requirements, prioritize opportunities, and partner with AI, platform, security, and compliance engineers through delivery. Prototype solutions, establish evaluation and release criteria, manage sensitive-data and human-review requirements, and measure adoption, efficiency, and business impact. The role may later extend AI capabilities into customer-facing products.

Own the strategy, roadmap, delivery, adoption, compliance, and commercial performance of Connect API value streams within a telecom platform. Coordinate dependencies across teams, translate regulations into product decisions, define precise requirements, manage senior stakeholders and external partners, and mentor product managers. The role requires strong API platform expertise, regulated-product knowledge, billing and payments experience, and travel within Europe once or twice per quarter.

Manages 1GLOBAL’s MVNO relationships and wholesale connectivity partnerships. The role maximizes existing MVNO performance, reduces revenue shortfalls, expands access into new countries, advises on market structures, oversees contractual service performance, manages escalations and change requests, and negotiates MVNO agreements and technology implementations including VoLTE, 5G, and LPWAN. Success requires mobile wholesale expertise, commercial and analytical strength, strategic thinking, relationship management, and knowledge of telecom markets.
