Develop and manage a portfolio of commercial, agricultural, and commercial real estate relationships through proactive business development, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. Structure loans, perform financial analysis, present credit recommendations, cross-sell bank services, and represent the bank in the community while ensuring regulatory and policy compliance.
