Supports hourly recruiting, candidate coordination, interviewing, background screening, offers, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance documentation, HR reporting, and policy maintenance at a food manufacturing facility. Maintains ATS and employee records, assists with benefits enrollment and inquiries, supports orientations, and helps ensure compliance with employment regulations. The role requires organization, confidentiality, communication skills, and occasional presence on the manufacturing floor with required PPE.

Support HR functions for a 24/5 manufacturing site of ~250 employees, including employee relations, full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, training, compliance, payroll and benefits administration, performance management, safety compliance, and front-desk duties.

Lead a quality team to maintain product and process quality in a food manufacturing environment. Oversee inspections, testing, audits, environmental monitoring, sanitation effectiveness, supplier approval, and corrective actions. Drive continuous improvement, maintain documentation, ensure regulatory and SQF/NSF compliance, and train staff.
