Support ARCbuild founders by managing high-priority projects, researching markets and competitors, synthesizing financial and strategic data, supporting investor materials, improving operational workflows, and coordinating cross-functional initiatives. The role requires autonomy, strong analytical and communication skills, proactive execution, discretion, and comfort working remotely in a high-growth startup environment.

Work directly with the founder to validate new venture ideas, manage portfolio-company workstreams, analyze investment opportunities, build financial models, prepare investment and LP reporting, and automate firm operations with AI agents. The intern will conduct research, customer discovery, go-to-market and operational projects, and deliver independent, decision-oriented recommendations. The role is remote-first, full-time for three to six months, with potential for a subsequent full-time position.

Co-founder/CXO role to lead a VC-driven roll-up: run M&A or operations/value-creation streams, act as general manager accountable for P&L, build and lead a team, source acquisition opportunities, and manage stakeholders to scale a $100M–$1B company with support on strategy and fundraising.
