Translate business intent into precise specifications, build reference implementations and high-risk vertical slices, and maintain the technology roadmap. Design scalable APIs, microservices, and partner integrations while applying DevOps, security, HIPAA compliance, and data protection practices. Build and evaluate AI-powered features, including agentic workflows, RAG, tool use, and MCP integrations, using AI coding agents to accelerate delivery.

Owns sales operations infrastructure, analytics, CRM administration, forecasting, process optimization, reporting, and cross-functional technology initiatives. The role manages HubSpot and Salesforce workflows, lead routing, dashboards, data governance, sales performance measurement, incentive reporting, onboarding materials, quality audits, and process improvements. It partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, Clinical Operations, Technology, and leadership to improve productivity, pipeline performance, customer handoffs, revenue growth, and operational consistency.
