Reviews financial results, performs variance analysis, supports reporting, tax filings, and audits, and resolves accounting issues under US GAAP and internal controls. The role also identifies process improvements and collaborates with departments to improve accounting accuracy and efficiency.

Leads eCommerce growth across Shopify, Amazon, marketplaces, and subscription programs. Owns the digital revenue roadmap, merchandising, conversion optimization, retention, marketplace performance, technology integrations, analytics, and attribution. The role manages key revenue metrics, runs A/B tests, oversees Amazon P&L and PPC, coordinates marketing and technology partners, and develops team capabilities while remaining hands-on in execution.

Manage full-cycle recruiting across clinical, sales, marketing, and corporate roles.
