Provide Level 1 technical support for deployed autonomous manicure robots. Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, networking, and connectivity issues remotely; guide field personnel through troubleshooting; monitor system alerts; document incidents and resolutions; escalate complex problems; maintain knowledge resources; and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Field Service teams. The role includes regular Wednesday-Sunday retail-hours coverage.

Create, capture, edit, post, and manage short-form social content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Measure engagement, iterate on formats, support launches/shoots/events, and partner with Brand and Marketing teams to grow organic presence.

Coordinate physical logistics for retail robot deployments: build and assemble stations, manage inventory across sites and storage, transport equipment (drive U-Haul), support loading dock operations, perform light facilities work and basic repairs using hand and power tools, and maintain documentation of shipments and builds.
