Build and lead the People function, owning HR operations, employee relations, compliance, performance management, compensation, benefits, HRIS, payroll coordination, immigration, onboarding, and offboarding. Partner with Legal, Finance, Recruiting, Compliance, and leadership to establish scalable policies, develop managers, support organizational design, and build a high-performance culture in a rapidly growing technology company.

Build and automate secure, reproducible cloud infrastructure and tooling to support adversarial testing of AI systems. Collaborate with red teamers and engineers to reproduce, remediate, and simulate attacks, perform threat modeling and security reviews, and integrate security across the development lifecycle.

Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports and variance analyses; manage cash flow forecasting and month/year-end close with external accountants; build financial models, KPIs, dashboards, and business cases; support audits, tax filings, fundraising, board reporting, and automation of reporting processes.
