Administers Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Google Workspace, device management, assets, onboarding, security basics, and documentation. Supports regional infrastructure and technology projects involving Linux, AWS, AI hardware, internal tools, automation, and emerging AI technologies. Writes Bash and Python scripts, coordinates with global IT, and provides occasional out-of-hours support.

Provides short-term consulting on enterprise marketing data architecture. Responsibilities include assessing data sources and infrastructure, designing scalable data foundations and models, defining integration and governance approaches, identifying technical risks, and translating architecture recommendations for marketing, analytics, and technology stakeholders.

Manages client relationships and social-first campaigns for agency accounts. Responsibilities include developing campaign ideas, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and billing, creating project plans and briefs, overseeing events and deliverables, monitoring markets, presenting to clients, and ensuring projects meet quality, timing, and expenditure requirements. The role requires agency experience, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and familiarity with social marketing and ATL production.
